We deliver anywhere in Pakistan. We do not ship outside Pakistan at present.

Paying for your order

You can pay by bank transfer in advance, or by cash on delivery when the courier hands over the parcel. Cash on delivery adds a Rs 120 fee.

Advance payment is the cheaper option and reaches you sooner, because we dispatch as soon as the payment clears.

Delivery charges

Delivery is charged on the packed weight of the order, rounded up to the next whole kilogram. Checkout shows the exact charge before you pay.

1 kg Rs 350 · 2 kg Rs 650 · 3 kg Rs 720 · 4 kg Rs 760 · 5 kg Rs 800. Heavier parcels follow the same courier slabs. A book under 1 kg still bills as 1 kg.

We cannot complete checkout for an item that has no recorded weight.

If you want to collect from our shop at Iqra Center, message us on WhatsApp and we will arrange it. Collection is not offered at checkout.

When your order is sent

Orders are dispatched once payment has cleared, normally within one to two working days. Delivery usually takes a further two to four working days for Punjab and three to six for Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and other provinces. Remote areas can take longer. During the Holy month of Ramadan and public holidays, courier transit times may take longer due to nationwide network volumes. These are honest estimates and not guarantees, since the last leg belongs to the courier.

We are closed on Sundays and public holidays, and orders are not dispatched on those days.

Tracking

When your parcel leaves us we will send you the courier name and the consignment or bilty number by WhatsApp on the number you order from. Larger trade consignments go by cargo service and we will confirm the service and the expected arrival.

If a parcel is damaged or does not arrive

Please check the parcel in front of the courier where you can. If the outer packaging is torn or wet, note it with the courier before signing, then send us photographs the same day. We will replace damaged copies at our cost.

If a parcel has not arrived within ten working days of dispatch, contact us and we will trace it with the courier. If it is lost we will resend or refund in full, whichever you prefer.

Packing

Every copy of the Quran Majeed leaves here wrapped and boxed so it arrives clean and undamaged. If a copy ever reaches you damaged, please do not discard it. Contact us and we will advise on respectful handling and replace it.
